We are having some issues with our card payment provider. If your order fails then the payment was not taken from your account. We are working hard to fix this and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to inform you of this. We will also provide you with a link to track your delivery if it is being delivery by Parcelforce or Royal Mail special delivery.
